True Crime Tour F.A.Q.

Our True Crime box office is located inside Flanagan's Pub, 625 St. Philip Street. The box office opens one hour prior to all scheduled tours. Come on inside and look to the back wall; it says TICKETS in neon above our door. Please arrive 15 minute early.

Don't forget, we have buy-one-get-one-FREE Hurricanes during the hour before each tour time for our nighttime tour guests!

No! All of our tours are real, true history. We have researched all of our stories to bring you disturbingly funny, historically accurate, real history. Our tour guides are the strangest, most entertaining bunch of real historians you will ever have the pleasure of spending time with!

Yes! Flanagan's is a restaurant/bar. Kids are welcome. There's a bathroom inside and picnic table seating in front of the box office.

The True Crime Tour runs about 90 minutes.

The walking distance for all tours is about one mile. This is taken at a leisurely pace and over the length of the tour.

Of course! And if you get some great shots, please share them with us. We love to share our guests’ great experience with our fans on Facebook and Twitter! Send photos to frenchquarterphantoms@gmail.com.

Please, no video taping without prior permission.

We do accept walk-up customers for the Ghost & Vampire, True Crime, and Cemetery Tours. Reservations allow us to keep our groups small by having plenty of tour guides on hand. Plus, you save $4 per ticket by booking online!

True Crime Tours are available Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday only. To keep things pleasant, the tour is done in the evenings once things heat up. The schedule is as follows.

May 1st through September 30th - 6:00PM
October 1st through April 30th - 4:00PM

Our tours run, rain or shine! There are enough balconies and galleries in the French Quarter to keep our smaller groups positioned out of the rain during storytelling. Bring an umbrella if the forecast looks wet!
